In a bid to add strength to their game against their European opposition, Gernot Rohr’s men have hit the gym.

Ahead of Friday’s international friendly against Poland, the Super Eagles are working hard to stay in shape.

Nigeria take on the European side for the first time ever as they intensify preparation for the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia.

Fitness coach Jean Luc-Royer worked on Stephen Eze while goalkeeper trainer Alloy Agu drilled Deportivo La Coruna’s Francis Uzoho at team’s Radisson Blu Hotel in Wroclaw.

Watch how the Eagles fared in the gymnasium thanks to Super Eagles’ Twitter handle.
