Shares of Nigeria's second-biggest listed company, MTN Nigeria (MTNN.LG), fell 10% on Wednesday to a five-week low after it set a retail public offer price that was lower than its share price on the stock market. Flour Mills of Nigeria to buy majority stake in rival Honeywell

Flour Mills of Nigeria plans to acquire a 71.69% stake in rival Honeywell Flour Mills at an enterprise value of 80 billion naira ($193.7 million), the companies said on Monday. A further 5.06% stake in Honeywell Flour Mills will be bought from FBN Holdings, Flour Mills of Nigeria said in a separate statement. NYSC business ventures yield N511m profit - DG

National Youth Service Corps says it generated N511m operating surplus to be paid into the Federation Account for 2021.
