Serena Williams was fined a total of $17,000 for three code violations during her loss to Naomi Osaka in the U.S. Open final. Minister of Youths and Sports, Mr Solomon Dalung, on Thursday inaugurated members of National Anti-Doping Committee (NADC) with a charge on them to ensure Nigeria’s compliance with anti-doping policies.
