As the final results of Edo state governorship election held on Saturday, September 19, were being awaited, some Nigerians took to their Twitter handles to mock National Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr Bola Tinubu, former APC national chairman, Mr Adams Oshiomhole and Kano state Governor Abdullahi Ganduje.

Read below how some Nigerians mocked APC chieftains:

@EmekaNwanna12

Tinubu and Oshiomhole messed up Pastor’s chances. He would’ve performed better had it been he trusted wholeheartedly in God and distanced himself from those rogues parading themselves as godfathers. This is also an opportunity for Lagosians to take back their State in good fate.

@AnthonyEhilebo

EdoNoBeKano Ganduje needs to use the toilet as we lead by over 80,000 votes..may be Hope has a policeman that will testify to his typed results…#EdoDecides2020

@Miss_Somoruyi

So Apc that didn’t pay salaries for over a year in Edo state is expecting Obaseki to lose? Obaseki paid salaries every month and even promoted local govt workers. He even cleared Oshomhole’s backlog. EPA, we dey your back!! @GovernorObaseki

@renoomokri

How can you conduct election during rainy season and expect the man holding an umbrella to lose? Over to you Ondo. It is now left for you to decide if your state treasury will service Bola @Asiwaju’s treasury. Edo has spoken!

APC brought three thieves in Eso

  1. Mace thief (Omoagege)
  2. Dollar thief (Ganduje)
  3. Supreme Court thief (Hope Uzodinma).                                   PDP brought only one political strategist. Neysom Wike
