Flour Mills of Nigeria to buy majority stake in rival Honeywell

Flour Mills of Nigeria plans to acquire a 71.69% stake in rival Honeywell Flour Mills at an enterprise value of 80 billion naira ($193.7 million), the companies said on Monday. A further 5.06% stake in Honeywell Flour Mills will be bought from FBN Holdings, Flour Mills of Nigeria said in a separate statement. Kano rice farmers report bumper harvest, state reason

Rice farmers in Dakasoye settlement of Garun Malam local government area of Kano State have said they recorded bumper harvest despite the shortage of rain in the 2021 season. NYSC business ventures yield N511m profit - DG

National Youth Service Corps says it generated N511m operating surplus to be paid into the Federation Account for 2021. Director-General of the NYSC, Ibrahim Shuaibu, a brigadier general, said this in an interview with journalists in Abuja on Friday.
