Atiku’s first witness testifies at PEPC in petition challenging Tinubu’s election

Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, on Thursday, presented his first witness at the Presidential Election Petition Court in Abuja. Atiku, who came second in the February presidential election, is challenging the victory of Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 25th February election. Presidential Election Petitions Court has admitted more documents in the petition by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Atiku Abubakar challenging the February 25 election. Labour Party on Tuesday called its first witness in the ongoing petition between its candidate, Peter Obi, and the ruling All Progressives Congress and the President, Bola Tinubu.
