US Air Force pilots recently fired a record number of air-to-air missiles from an F-22 Raptor to prepare for an intense war with Russia. Federal executive council (FEC) has approved the setup of a committee to examine, repurpose, privatise, or transfer ownership of unfinished and abandoned government structures.
