Gunmen kill 2 policemen, 2 lawyers; burn 7 travellers alive In Ebonyi

Not less than 11 persons, including policemen, were killed when gunmen invaded Isu and Onicha Igboeze communities in Onicha Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. Two Policemen were reportedly killed in Isu while others were killed in Onicha Igboeze, same local government area. Two lawyers were among the victims killed by the gunmen. The lawyers were in transit when they ran into the gunmen. Gunmen kill five policemen in Niger state community

In an attack by gunmen on Tuesday in Pangu community of Rafi Local Government Area of Niger state, five mobile policemen have been reportedly killed. The gunmen were also accused of burning down the Pangu primary healthcare centre and two vehicles belonging to the mobile policemen. Bandits moving from village to village kill 30, abduct 7 women in Niger state

There has been tension in Munya Local Government Area of Niger State, as villagers around Sarkin Pawa Ward vacate their homes following the invasion of three villages by bandits where no fewer than 30 persons were reportedly killed.
