The European Union has announced evacuation flights for nationals of its 27 member States in Nigeria. This is just as Nigeria’s cases of COVID-19 hit over 130 with two recorded deaths, according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control. Lagos State Government on Monday discharged five coronavirus patients who received treatment at Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba. This is coming days after the government announced that six of the patients had recovered and would be discharged soon. The total number of those who have recovered is now eight.
