Federal Government has abolished the dichotomy between holders of Barchelor’s Degree and those with Higher National Diploma, HND, in all the Services under Ministry of Interior. Agencies affected are Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Nigeria Immigration Service, Nigeria Prisons Service and Federal Fire Service. Oyo State Government on Tuesday announced that some roads and institutions have been approved for renaming by Executive Council of the State. United States mission to Nigeria has announced the indefinite suspension of interview waivers for visa renewals, otherwise known as the “Dropbox” process. JAMB pays N5b into Federation Account

Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has remitted N5 billion to the Federation Account in 2019. This is against the N8 billion it returned to the government purse last year.
