A former president of Court of Appeal and the District Head of Malumfashi in Katsina State, Mr Mamman Nasir, is dead. Information Officer, Katsina Emirate Council, Mr Ibrahim Bindawa, made the announcement on Saturday in Katsina. President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday said he had directed heads of security agencies in the country to clear bandits killing innocent citizens in Zamfara and neighbouring states immediately. Senate has resolved to override the veto of President Muhammadu Buhari on the constitution amendment (Fourth Alteration No. 28) Bill 1999, and Industrial Development (Income Tax Relief) amendment Bill.
