A federal high court in Port Harcourt on Monday nullified both the direct and indirect primaries conducted by two factions of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State. The court, presided by Mr Kolawole Omotosho, also restrained Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from recognising any candidates of APC for the 2019 general elections in the state.
