Four persons were reportedly killed, yesterday, when gunmen attacked a community in Ohauwkwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. The attack came barely two weeks after herders attacked the Egedegede community in Ishielu council, killing more than 20 persons. Gunmen had attacked five communities in the state, including Egedege, Obegu, Amazu, Nkalagu and Umuhuali on March 29. A number of persons were reported killed in the attack. Eight people have been killed in a night attack by unidentified assailants at a mining site in Kuru, Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau.
