Gunmen suspected to be bandits dressed in military uniforms have kidnapped 31 villagers in a coordinated attack carried out in Tashar Nagule village of Batsari local government area of Katsina State. Bandits kill seven in fresh attacks on highway, community in Benue

Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has invited Betta Edu, minister of humanitarian affairs and poverty alleviation, to its headquarters for investigation.
