Police get 548 vehicles from 9 states

Nigerian Police Force received N548 patrol vehicles from nine state governments in the last 20 months as the force battles inadequate funding and poor infrastructure. Presidential Advisory Council Against Corruption (PACAC) revealed on Thursday that Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) had diverted billions of infrastructure funds to purchasing exotic cars. Chairman of the council, Professor Itse Sagay, revealed this at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja during the National Dialogue on Corruption themed "The Limitless Ramifications of Corruption".
