Buhari: Boko Haram is crushed, forced out of last enclave

Buhari directs states to pay salaries from debt refund

President Muhammadu Buhari has directed state governors to pay at least 25 percent of the refunds made to them from excess deductions for external debt service to settle outstanding workers’ entitlements.
