Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) says its management remains operational, despite being suspended by Mr Chris Ngige, minister of labour and employment on behalf of President Muhammadu Buhari. Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State has announced substantial easing of lockdown imposed on the state to check the spread of novel coronavirus. Wife of Ondo state governor, Mrs Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, has tested positive for Covid-19, according to a source at Ondo government house. The appointment was contained in a letter which was read out by Senate President, Mr Ahmad Lawan, on Wednesday. Commissioner for Health in Ondo State, Mr Wahab Adegbenro, has died from Covid-19 complications.
