All 65 aboard plane feared dead in crash in southern Iran

An Iranian airplane brought back into service only months ago after being grounded for seven years crashed Sunday in a foggy, mountainous region of southern Iran, and officials feared all 65 people on board were killed. 475 Boko Haram suspects released for rehabilitation

A court has released 475 people allegedly affiliated with Boko Haram for rehabilitation, the justice ministry said on Sunday, as the country's biggest legal investigation of the militant Islamist insurgency continues. Oil blocks are ‘ancestral properties’ of Niger Delta - Dickson

Tertiary institutions begin indefinite strike in Nasarawa

447 foreign trained doctors fail assessment exam

No fewer than 447 of the 686 foreign trained doctors who wrote the assessment test of Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) failed. The Federal Government decried the poor performance of the foreign trained medical and dental graduates as only 249 were successful in the examination conducted in November 2017.
