Two students of Federal University of Technology, Akure, FUTA, died on Saturday at the institution’s laboratory for fishery and aquaculture, after the canoe they were in capsized. The Supreme Court on Friday gave a verdict allowing aggrieved persons to appeal decisions of National Industrial Court. Four members of a five-man panel at the court gave the decision following an appeal filed by Skye Bank Nigeria Plc. against a respondent, Anaemem Iwu.
