ASUU goes on two-week warning strike

National Executive Committee of Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) met Monday in Enugu and decided to embark on a two-week warning strike to protest what they described as a move to stop payment of their February salary by the federal government. Kano State Government led by Mr Abdullahi Ganduje has announced the sacking of Emir of Kano, Mr Muhammad Sanusi II.
