Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Mr Isa Dutse, said on Wednesday that Federal, States and Local Government Councils shared N635.8 billion in November. Dutse disclosed this while addressing journalists after the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) meeting in Abuja. Some suspected herdsmen have taken over some areas covering about 8km in Orin-Ekiti, Ido/Osi local government area of Ekiti State near Governor Kayode Fayemi’s hometown, Isan-Ekiti. Jigawa govt to build 95 mosques

Jigawa State Government has opened tender for the construction of 90 Friday congregational and five daily prayer mosques, across the 30 constituencies of the state. Buhari signs 2020 Budget today

Eleven days after National Assembly passed the N10.594 trillion 2020 budget, President Muhammadu Buhari will today sign 2020 Appropriation Bill into law. The N10.59 trillion budget, which will be signed by the president at 3.30p.m., is N264 billion higher than the N10.33 trillion estimates presented by the president in October.
