Saudi Arabia oil attacks: Weapons debris 'proves Iran behind them'

Saudi Arabia's defence ministry has shown off what it says is wreckage of drones and cruise missiles that proves Iranian involvement in weekend attacks on two oil facilities. It said 18 drones and seven cruise missiles were fired from a direction that ruled out Yemen as a source. Yemen's Iran-aligned Houthi rebels have said they are behind the attacks. Xenophobia: Second batch of 315 Nigerians arrives from South Africa

Second batch of Nigerians evacuated from South Africa has arrived Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Ikeja, Lagos. 315 returnees were aboard Air Peace flight APK 7818 which touched down at the Lagos airport from OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg at about 8:00pm on Wednesday. Power outage deepens as NIPP Gencos are forced to reduce generation by 85 percent

Continued instability of Nigeria’s national electricity grid has forced eight power generation companies (Gencos) of National Integrated Power Projects (NIPPs) to cut down their average expected daily power production levels from 4,694 megawatts (MW) to a mere 493 MW, an operations status report obtained yesterday has disclosed.
