Despite massive repatriation, Nigerians still troop to Libya

Despite continuing efforts of the Federal Government to evacuate stranded Nigerians from Libya, efforts which have been on since 2016 with over 2,000 Nigerians assisted back home, more Nigerians still throng the North African country. International Organization for Migration (IOM), a United Nations humanitarian agency, has been collaborating with National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and other agencies of government to return Nigerians back home. 183 federal ministries, agencies in massive illegal recruitment

Almost all federal ministries, departments and agencies have been carrying out illegal mass recruitments. Many government parastatals including Central Bank of Nigeria, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Federal Inland Revenue Service, and Nigerian Prisons Service, among others have been dogged by recruitment scandals which they have vehemently denied.
