PDP, LP, others accuse INEC of collusion with APC to rig elections, walk out of collation centre, Abuja

Agents of major opposition parties at the national collation centre in Abuja walked out of the venue in protest at the exercise. Dino Melaye and Emeka Ihedioha of the PDP had accused INEC of violating the Electoral Act by going ahead with the result collation and announcement despite not uploading the results on the iREV portal. Peter Obi wins with 90 percent of votes cast in Enugu

Candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has been declared winner of the presidential election in Enugu State. Obi won with almost 90 per cent (88.7 per cent) of the votes cast in the state. Thugs attack Igbo traders in Lagos markets after Tinubu’s defeat

Armed thugs on Monday invaded some markets in Lagos, attacking Igbo traders in the process. Markets allegedly invaded include Ladipo auto parts market, Balogun and Ebute-Ero on the Lagos Island and Mainland.
