Parents of the schoolgirls abducted from Federal Girls’ College Yawuri, Kebbi State, have raised an alarm over the claim of the kidnappers that their daughters have been married off. Bandits have abducted six people, including children, at Milgoma community in Sabon Gari Local Government Area of Kaduna State. The incident, it was gathered, happened around 9pm on Friday. No fewer than 10 persons were confirmed killed by bandits in the early hours of Friday in Warkan village of Zangon Kataf LGA as well as Kakkau area of Chikun LGA of Kaduna State. Bandits on Wednesday killed two immigration officers and left a soldier injured as they raided a village in Jibia Local Government Area of Katsina State. The soldier incident occured in Kadobe community, which lies about 25 kilometres from the local government’s headquarters, a local source said.
