Six soldiers and a yet undisclosed number of gunmen are feared dead in Ohafia, Ohafia council area of Abia state in the early hours of Saturday as the military battled gunmen in the area. One student was killed and at least 10 people were kidnapped when gunmen raided a polytechnic in Kaduna state, officials told Reuters on Friday. Suspected herdsmen kidnap 15 travellers on Imo road Catholic priest was abducted

Truck loaded with cows attacked, driver, conductor killed in Anambra

Two persons were shot dead on Sunday when their cattle-laden lorry was attacked in Oba, Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra state. Bandits kill 93 in fresh Kebbi, Kaduna attacks

Another Nigerian nabbed in U.S. for $800,000 payroll fraud

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has arrested a Nigerian, Charles Onus, for his alleged involvement in diverting $800,000 into prepaid debit cards. The amount translates to about N320 million at the current official rate of N410 per dollar. Gunmen invade Ibadan Housing Estate, deploy POS machines to rob residents of cash
