Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted Chief Medical Director, CMD, of General Hospital in Idoani, Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State. The kidnappers who laid ambush on the CMD, Mr Olufemi Adeogun also abducted a record officer with the hospital, Mrs Foluke Ajibola and another yet to be identified victim. The incident was said to have happened on the bad portion of Owani/Idoani road in the southern senatorial district of the state. Kidnap victims rescued by military operations in Toto local government area of Nasarawa state have narrated how kidnappers impregnated them after killing their husbands. A sweepstake is a race, gambling game or lottery in which the winnings comprise all the money that has been staked. The rearrested suspected Ibadan serial killer, Sunday Shodipe, has revealed he escaped when given opportunity to bathe at the Mokola Police Station on August 11. A police corporal was reportedly shot dead after gunmen invaded a police station at Ikolaba area of Ibadan, Oyo state capital, on Friday. The deceased was among officers on duty when the attackers struck. Some other police officers were said to have sustained injuries in the incident which took the policemen by surprise.
