At least 20 people were on Tuesday killed by gunmen in Tungar Kwana village in Talata Mafara local government area of Zamfara State, residents and police said. Fighters from Boko Haram jihadist group killed 14 farmers in restive northeast, members of a government-backed militia said Tuesday. Six vigilantes have been allegedly killed in a renewed bandit attack in Kagara in Rafi local government area of Niger.
