State Security Service on Tuesday warned the public to desist from engaging its disgraced former director-general, Mr Lawal Daura, on its behalf. FG protests as Ghana deports 723 Nigerians

Nigerian High Commissioner to Ghana, Mr Michael Abikoye, has protested the inhuman treatment of Nigerians by Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) with the deportation of 723 Nigerians between 2018 and 2019. Abikoye said this at a meeting between him and the Comptroller-General of GIS, Mr Kwame Takyi, in Ghana. Abducted Nigerian school girl, Leah Sharibu, on Tuesday marked one year in her kidnappers’ custody. National Assembly has announced postponement of its resumption scheduled for Tuesday, February 19 to Tuesday, February 26. INEC postpones today’s elections

Independent National Electoral Commission has decided to shift Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly elections till next week 23 February.
