Edo APC crisis festers as thugs attack gov’s convoy at Oshiomhole’s country home

There was tension yesterday at Iyamho country home of National Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr Adams Oshiomhole, when thugs attacked Governor Godwin Obaseki’s convoy with pebbles. Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed the appeal filed by Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Mr Atiku Abubakar, challenging the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari and All Progressives Congress in the February 23, 2019 presidential election. Twitter is to ban all political advertising worldwide, saying that the reach of such messages "should be earned, not bought". Supreme Court on Friday upheld the two appeals filed by governor of Rivers State, Mr Nyesom Wike, challenging the decisions of the Court of Appeal.
