Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said it lacked the constitutional power to deregister any of the existing 91 political parties in the country. Independent National Electoral Commission on Thursday insisted that it had no electronic server being sought to be accessed and inspected by Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate in the February 23, 2019 presidential election, Mr Atiku Abubakar.
