Three dead as plane crashes into crowd

A small plane has crashed in central Germany, killing two women and a boy. The single-engine Cessna hit a group of people clustered by an airfield on Wasserkuppe mountain near the town of Fulda in Hesse state on Sunday. Buhari commissions 62 NAF cadets in Kaduna

Pipeline fire kills 16 people in Abia - NNPC

Sixteen people were killed after a fire broke out on Friday on an oil pipeline in the southeast of Nigeria, a spokesman for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation told Reuters. Aircraft catches fire in Lagos

A turboprop aircraft belonging to Overland Airways was on Friday severely damaged by fire while parked at the airline’s hanger at General Aviation Terminal (GAT) of Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos. The ATR aircraft, with registration number: 5N-BPE, was being powered by the Ground Power Unit (GPU) when the incident occurred. Federal government is stepping up regulations on money laundering and tax evasion by releasing a new Executive Order tagged ‘Voluntary Offshore Assets Regularisation Scheme (VOARS).’ The new Executive Order (008) takes effect from October 8, the day it was signed by President Muhammadu Buhari.
