Nigerian Air Force has confirmed that one of the pilots involved in Friday’s fighter jets crash has died. Two fighter jets on rehearsal for Nigeria’s Independence Day celebrations crashed in Katampe district of Abuja. Air Force had while confirming the crash said no life was lost. Lawmaker and ex-Minister Funke Adedoyin is dead

A female member of House of Representative and former Minister of state, Ms Funke Adedoyin, has died. Adedoyin died on Friday afternoon in Abuja. Federal Government, yesterday, ordered recall of the second tranche of the London and Paris Club Refunds disbursed to five states, amounting to about $2.7 billion (N972 billion.)
