A high court in Rivers state has restrained Mr Victor Giadom, national secretary of All Progressives Congress (APC), from parading himself as acting national chairman of the party. The ruling came one day after a court of coordinate jurisdiction reaffirmed him as acting national chairman of the party. The ruling of a high court in the federal capital territory (FCT) on Thursday was sequel to an ex parte motion filed by Mr Mustapha Salihu, national vice-chairman north-east. Mr S. U Bature, the judge, held that his ruling would subsist pending the time national executive committee (NEC) convenes and takes a…

He said the likes of Giadom were the ones who caused the current APC crisis in Rivers State which led to the state not participating in the general elections last year.
