Court nullifies Oyetola’s candidature in Osun gov election

A Federal High Court, Abuja, on Friday, nullified the nomination of Governor Isiaka Oyetola of Osun State as the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s candidate in the July 16 governorship election. At least four members of the National Working Committee of the main opposition party, PDP, have returned over N120 million to the party’s account. Court nullifies Ogun PDP gov primary, others

A Federal High Court in Abeokuta has nullified the primary election of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State that produced Ladi Adebutu as the party’s governorship candidate for the 2023 general election. The court ordered that the party should hold an all encompassing primary with the duly elected delegates.
