SSS arrests man who created viral video of Buhari’s ‘marriage’ to two ministers

State Security Services (SSS), on Friday, arrested the alleged mastermind of a video of the phantom marriage between President Muhammadu Buhari and Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Mrs Zainab Ahmed. The fake video also had a version that depicted the president’s marriage to Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Social Development, Ms Sadiya Umar-Farouq. Gunmen invade Kogi community, kill 19, burn houses

Gunmen have killed no fewer than 19 people in Tawari community in Kogi Local Government Area of Kogi State, burning buildings, including the palace of the king of the community. Gunmen abduct 5 persons in Taraba

Unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted five persons in Gassol local government area of Taraba state. The incident, according to eye witness account, occurred between Sabongida to Wuro Jam in Gassol local government area of Taraba state on Wednesday. Herdsmen attack Abuja-bound train - Officials

Authorities of Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC) and Kaduna State Railway Police Command, yesterday, confirmed the attack on an Abuja-Kaduna Train Service (AKTS). ISWAP kills 11 Christian captives in Nigeria on Christmas Day

Islamic State West African Province (ISWAP) claim they killed the captives to avenge for the killing of their leaders Abu bakr al-Baghdadi and Abul-Hasan Al-Muhajir in and Syria.
