Gunmen again attacked Kajuru communities, in Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, killing at least 20 persons. National President of Adara Development Association, Mr Awema Maisamari has said, noting that several other people were injured. Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital, has convicted Yunusa Dahiru for abducting Ese Oruru. Mrs Jane Inyang sentenced Dahiru to 26 years in prison in a judgment she delivered on Thursday. Bandits have ambushed and killed eight persons in Rafinkada community of Wukari Council of Taraba State. The incident, which took place yesterday, was said to have further fuelled the tension in the area where the Tiv and Jukun ethnic crisis claimed lives and property.
